Toni Phillips is a life-long animal lover. She serves the Turtle Center as President. Toni is supposed to send us something to put here, but she hasn't. However, she spends hours and hours  at the Center doing what really needs doing most, so she is easily forgiven! Originally from Alabama, Toni lives nearby on Lake Travis, where she tends a wide variety of plants and animals.
